7/ Das war der Bereich. Entlang der Straße standen Mannschaftswagen. Auf dem Radweg durften wir nicht lang. Die Aktivist*innen wurden unter der Brücke festgehalten. Immer größere Zonen rechts und links dieses Gebietes wurden extra abgesperrt.
Das war eine massive Einschränkung der #Pressefreiheit. Wir haben uns alle dauernd beim Einsatzleiter beschwert. Irgendwann meinte er zu mir: „Na gut, dann gehen wir jetzt mal da unter die Brücke und sie machen Ihre drei Bilder.“ Das kenne ich von der Konzertfotografie: Three songs, no flash. Nur dass der Einsatzleiter nicht Bruce Springsteen war und nicht die Regeln festlegen kann. Na ja, konnte er schon. Irgendwie. Aber er hat sich in einem bestimmten rechtlichen Rahmen zu bewegen.
Und bei Bruce Springsteen war es so, dass er die nervige Presse loswerden wollte. Das trifft bei der Polizei nicht zu. Sie würde zwar gern die nervige Presse loswerden, aber das gehört zu den Aufgaben der Presse in einer Demokratie dazu: über (fast) alles zu berichten. Dazu muss der Zugang zu (fast) allem auch nach dem dritten Song gewährleistet sein. Insbesondere wenn das Publikum nach dem dritten Song total ausrastet. Also nicht vor Freude und Begeisterung, sondern vor Schmerzen. Die Menschen haben geschrien. Schmerzgriffe ins Gesicht, so dass der Talg aus den Poren kam, Schmerzgriffe hinters Ohr, so dass die Tränen flossen, Beugehebel bei vielen.
Letztendlich war der gesamte Fußgängerbereich über Stunden gesperrt, so dass die Passant*innen entweder durch die U-Bahn mussten oder lange Umwege gehen mussten.
Der Fahrstuhl in die U-Bahn durfte noch benutzt werden, aber es gab nur diesen einen. Das heißt, auf der anderen Seite wäre man nicht rausgekommen. Kinderwagen und Rolli -> Umweg.
Aber wenigstens war eine Autospur noch benutzbar ...
